Engineering leadership
Org design, hiring, mentorship, planning, and operating rhythms for teams that need to ship with judgment.
about
I build practical AI systems, durable software, and sharper workflows. My path runs through hands-on product engineering, engineering leadership, frontend platforms, service integration, cloud delivery, observability, and the operating rhythms that help teams keep quality visible while they move.
The useful part of my work is not a title. It is the ability to turn vague pressure into a clearer system: ownership, architecture, feedback loops, release habits, and enough taste to know when automation helps and when it is only hiding the mess.
skills
Org design, hiring, mentorship, planning, and operating rhythms for teams that need to ship with judgment.
Turning ambiguous product goals into architecture, delivery plans, release paths, and measurable outcomes.
Platform-level React, Next.js, shared libraries, state, testing, and build workflows without treating UI as the whole job.
Node.js, Go, SQL, APIs, queues, and service integration work that keeps product surfaces reliable.
AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, release gates, and pragmatic automation.
Performance budgets, Core Web Vitals, observability, testing, accessibility, and incident feedback loops.

notes
I care about the small operating details: ownership, review habits, release paths, and whether people can see the system clearly enough to improve it.
I like staying close to the code even when the work is leadership, because technical judgment gets weaker when it only happens through updates and diagrams.
